Raqeeb provides air quality information and related environmental insights intended to help users make informed day-to-day decisions about outdoor conditions.
Raqeeb is provided for general informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, emergency warnings, or guarantees that outdoor conditions are safe or unsafe in any specific place or time. You are responsible for your own decisions and should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult official authorities or qualified professionals.
We aim to provide useful and timely information, but we do not guarantee that any data, readings, alerts, maps, or recommendations are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Air quality conditions may change rapidly and data may be delayed, estimated, unavailable, or affected by third-party sources.
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including map providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, notification services, and external environmental data sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services or data.
Certain features of the Service may require access to device features or permissions, such as location services or notifications. You may choose whether to grant these permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly without them.

Raqeeb and its original content, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any related intellectual property rights, except for the limited right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqeeb and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid us for use of the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 0 if you used only the free version.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raqeeb and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
